TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By creating an account or using UmmahArmy ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To use UmmahArmy, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid UmmahPass account
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Platform by applicable law

3. ACCOUNT TYPES

3.1 Soldiers

Soldiers are individual users who complete missions posted by Commanders. By registering as a Soldier, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your skills and availability
• Complete accepted missions according to instructions and deadlines
• Communicate professionally with Commanders
• Accept the strike and suspension system for quality control

3.2 Commanders

Commanders are representatives of organizations who post missions. By registering as a Commander, you agree to:

• Represent a legitimate organization
• Post missions with clear, accurate requirements
• Provide fair compensation for paid work
• Review submissions in a timely manner (within 14 days)
• Treat Soldiers with respect and professionalism

4. MISSION SYSTEM

4.1 Mission Types

The Platform supports three types of missions:

• Paid Missions: Soldiers receive monetary compensation via Stripe
• Volunteer Missions: Soldiers earn UmmahPoints for their work
• Social Boost: Soldiers participate in social media campaigns for instant points

4.2 Deployment

Missions are assigned on a first-come-first-served basis. Some missions may require minimum rank levels. By deploying to a mission, you commit to completing it according to the stated requirements.

5. PAYMENTS AND FEES

5.1 Platform Fee

UmmahArmy charges a 20% platform fee on paid missions. When a Commander posts a paid mission for $100, the Soldier receives $80 upon approval.

5.2 Escrow

For paid missions, funds are held in escrow when the mission is posted. Funds are released to the Soldier upon Commander approval or automatically after 14 days without review.

5.3 Refunds

Commanders may receive refunds for cancelled missions if no work has been submitted. Disputes are resolved by our admin team.

6. UMMAHPOINTS

UmmahPoints are a rewards currency within the UMG ecosystem:

• Points are earned through volunteer missions and Social Boost
• Points can be redeemed across UMG platforms
• Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
• Points expire 24 months after last activity
• We reserve the right to modify the points system at any time

7. RANK AND STRIKE SYSTEM

7.1 Ranks

Soldiers progress through ranks (Private to General) based on completed missions and earned points. Higher ranks unlock access to more difficult missions.

7.2 Strikes

Strikes are issued for rejected work or low ratings:

• Rejection: 1 strike
• 1-star rating: 1 strike
• 2-star rating: 0.5 strike
• 3 strikes: 30-day suspension
• 5 strikes: permanent ban

8. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Misrepresent your identity, skills, or organization
• Submit plagiarized or fraudulent work
• Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users
• Circumvent the Platform to avoid fees
• Use automated tools to access the Platform
• Post content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Engage in any activity that damages the Platform or its reputation

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Upon approval and payment, Commanders receive full rights to work product delivered by Soldiers, unless otherwise agreed. Soldiers retain rights to their pre-existing materials and portfolio samples.

10. DISCLAIMERS

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE QUALITY OF WORK, AVAILABILITY OF MISSIONS, OR CONDUCT OF USERS.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UMMAHARMY AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes between users are first handled by our internal dispute resolution process. Any disputes with UmmahArmy that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration.

13. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

14. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time.
