Transform one metro area into the gold-standard UmmahPlaces city. This is a full end-to-end mission — audit listings, enrich data, onboard masjids and business owners, run a 100-business outreach drive, and deliver a reusable playbook that the whole UMG team can use to replicate this in any city. This is a capstone mission built for Nemat.
