For UmmahCity
Mission brief
Explore UmmahCity as a first-time visitor. Identify five places where the purpose of the platform, product relationships, or next steps could be clearer.
Deliverable: Five findings with page references; why each matters; suggested improvement.
Done when: Base findings on the current site. Do not describe products as integrated or connected beyond what the website actually states. Say clearly if the Hajj Desk or the price is hard to find.
